Terms & Conditions

If you purchase the three month package this will include three 1 hour appointments. The initial appointment will be to gather information required and provide you with a detailed nutritional plan. A second appointment will then be arranged for approximately 4 weeks after your initial appointment. The final appointment will be at the end of the three month period.

 

You are entitled to email support between appointments and can send weekly food diaries if you wish for further input. Unless we are on annual leave will always aim to respond within 2 working days to any email concerns.  

 

Appointments are online using Microsoft teams. 

 

CANCELLATION

 

We ask that you give us 24 hours notice for cancellation. If you cancel with 24 hours notice we can give you a full refund or change the appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount but may rearrange the appointment. If you miss an appointment you will not be refunded. 

 

Please inform us if you will be late for an appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late the appointment will need to be rearranged. 

 

Follow up appointments which need to be rearranged should be done so within two weeks in order to be able to be within the three month package period. 

 

PAYMENT 

 

The three month package cost is £225 which is to be paid no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. One-off or follow up appointments are charged at £85. 

 

All payments are taken securely through paypal.

 

PERSONAL

 

You should inform us of any health conditions and past medical history in order for us to be able to provide safe/effective and appropriate dietary advice.

 

As outlined in the privacy policy, all information will be stored securely. The information is confidential, we will only communicate with your GP if you consent. Other information would only be shared with other health professionals if we feel that your safety is at risk.
