Ingredients:
1 mango
1 red onion
1 pack coriander
1 red pepper
1 avocado
1 pack frozen prawns
1 garlic clove
2 limes
1 Tbs oil
Salt and pepper
1 pack of small wraps
Instructions:
1. To make your salsa finely chop the mango, red onion, red pepper and coriander. Set aside some coriander to add at the end. Mix together the chopped ingredients with the juice of one lime.
2. Chop the garlic finely and fry your prawns until cooked with the garlic in 1 tbs oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Slice the avocado and the second lime.
4. To make up the tacos add the salsa, avocado, prawns in a wrap, squeeze over extra lime juice and sprinkle over extra coriander.
